This elegant rustic Restaurant is just as inviting to dwell upon as the modern winter garden or the homely garden patio.

The Restaurant with the Winter Garden is open to the public throughout the year, from Tuesdays to Fridays. In the Summer months, guests can enjoy seasonal specialities outdoors on the quiet Garden Patio in addition.

It is often remarked that Mr. Klaus Schatzmann himself is too little visible on the sales' front.
Guests need have no fear, he is in fact always present, every day and certainly not playing the role of some wine cellar mouse. No, he is at the cooking stove together with his highly motivated kitchen brigade, supervising and carefully nurturing the quality of the food produced, upon which the Renommé of the House depends.
